We offer free returns or exchanges for whatever reason. If you find that the color is not exactly what you wanted or maybe you decided on a different fiber instead.
Just let us know. 

You can exchange your yarn for a different one, or if you would prefer a full refund, that is okay as well. We will apply your refund to the original payment method. It’s that easy.
