Planning Your Projects for 2019
Are you considering your project plans for the coming year? We’ve spotted many knitters and crocheters participating in #MakeNine2019 on Instagram. The Make Nine challenge is meant to be a low-pressure make along throughout the year. With the abundance of patterns, kits, and yarns available from Kraemer Yarns, there is plenty of inspiration to guide your choices.
We started here:
It’s ok to be specific too:
Top row: Wide Load Tote, Marvelous Mittens, Easy Bed Socks
Middle: Fly, Eagles, Fly, Mother Earth Wrap, Knit for Baby
Bottom: Ribbed Boho Purse, Roving for needlefelting or spinning, Autumn Magic Crochet Wrap
Project Idea: Blankets
Why not go big with a multi-color blanket? There are a number of great patterns that are worked in pieces, perfect to work on over the course of a year. In addition to our own blanket patterns, several patterns on Ravelry caught our eye. Our yarn choice? Perfection! This easy-care, machine washable, wool-acrylic blend is available in Chunky, DK, Worsted, and Super Bulky weights. You can even add a touch of sparkle! The color palette is extensive and to top it all off, this yarn is proudly made in the USA!
From left to right: Daily Temperature Blanket (knit) by Clare Thornley, Temperature Blanket (crochet) by MB Stitches, and Persian Dreams Worsted by Jenise Hope.
No matter the size of your project or the length of your “to-make” list we hope you have fun! Let us know how those projects are progressing on Ravelry, in our Facebook Group, and on Instagram!
